A shopping centre that works on a phone.

A shopping centre website rebuilt around the two things visitors actually come for: what is open, and what is on.

The Challenge

The old site buried opening hours and campaigns under a slideshow. Most visits came from a phone on the way to the centre, and those visitors needed two answers fast. They were not getting them.

The Idea

Put the answers first. Hours, stores and current campaigns above everything else, on every screen size, with the marketing story underneath rather than on top of it.

The Approach

We rebuilt the information architecture around visitor intent, designed mobile first, and built a store directory the centre team updates themselves. Campaign pages became a repeatable template instead of a custom build each time.

The Work

Strategy, information architecture, UI and UX design, front end development, CMS setup and handover training for the marketing team.
